One thing that I miss from my job description at my previous company, Nokia, is the concept of Hack days. Hack day (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hack_Day) is something that Yahoo! started doing in the Valley and something I've learned to love throuhg Ian Kennedy (http://www.everwas.com). During a hack day, geeks get their computers running wild and produce great demos - just in 24 hours. If we'll set one Hack day up in Oulu - will the geeks show up?
